The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet with a master bath, there is a utility room plus a large open living area and an attached garage. FREE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING – PREMIUM models include site specific engineering stamped by a licensed engineering firm for roof and wind loads. Additional engineering services are available on request
